Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Thank you for your patience! This studio is run primarily by me, with occasional assistance when needed. Every order is personally packaged, labeled, and shipped.(I personally package, label, and ship every order.) If there are any unexpected delays in sending out, I will notify you promptly. Rest assured, your items will be shipped as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on your location:

  • Within Ukraine: Delivery typically takes 2 working days after dispatch.
  • Across Europe: Delivery takes 3–5 working days.
  • Rest of the world: Delivery takes 7–14 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status. If incorrect shipping details are provided and the error is discovered after dispatch, any resulting loss is your responsibility. I will do my best to resolve the issue by attempting to correct the address, but if the package is lost due to incorrect details, I cannot offer a refund.

Can I pick up the items myself?

If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to pick up your order in person. Just let me know in advance!

Shipping Costs and Fees

Shipping is free of charge. However, customs and import duties may apply once your parcel reaches its destination country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot estimate them, as customs policies vary widely by country.

Canceling, Return and Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

If your payment hasn’t been completed, you can cancel it by simply closing the payment dialog. If you’ve already completed your order and wish to cancel, please contact me immediately at master@i648.art.

  • If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, I will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has been shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and return it at your own cost. Once I receive the items back in their original, undamaged condition, I will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Please note that damaged items are not eligible for a refund.

I received a damaged item.

I’m very sorry to hear about this! Please email me at master@i648.art with the following details:

  • A photo of the damaged item.
  • If the box is also damaged, a photo of the box.
  • Your order number.

Once I receive your email, I will offer either a replacement item or a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days. You won’t need to return the damaged item. If the issue is related to shipping, I’ll work on improving the process for future deliveries.

What if my order isn’t what I expected? Can I return it?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To start the process, please email me at master@i648.art with your intention to return the item.

  • You’ll need to arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Once the items are returned to the studio in their original, undamaged condition, I will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Please note that items returned in a damaged condition are not eligible for a refund.
